Cobbler

3/4 stick of butter (melt in baking pan)

Mixture ingredients:

1 cup of flour

1 cup of sugar (can be half regular sugar and half coconut sugar - especially if somebody has a sugar problem)

1 cup of milk

2 tsp. baking powder

Optional tsp. of vanilla

Optional 1/4 tsp. of cinnamon

1. Mix all the ingredients above (flour, sugar, milk, baking powder, etc. together.

2. Add one pound of fruit, (frozen peaches, cherries, apple, blackberry, strawberry, blueberry, or whatever fruit you desire)

Add the fruit on top of the melted butter. If the fruit is unsweetened, sprinkle a couple of tablespoons of sugar over the top of the fruit.

3. Then add mixture of flour, sugar, milk, and baking powder, over top of the fruit.

For a 9x11 pan, bake about 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

For a deep round pan, bake about 60 minutes at 350 degrees or until it is done.
